I find myself custodian of a body of photographic work during the years 2005-2010 while my son was living in Cornwall.

After considerable reflection on the moral implications involved in the publishing of his creative work without his gainsay, I have decided I should post a Retrospective Series from that time which will follow in due course.

PHOTOGRAPHY - the pictures on this website are made with a wide variety of Cameras.
Strong emphasis is placed upon the 'experience' of finding and taking the photograph
( thinking with the eyes and camera ) rather than extensive post production technique.
HUGH SYMONDS - is a commercial film Director - mainly music - working world wide.
After successful graduation from Art College - BA (Hons) Fine Arts and MA Fine Arts
( Coventry / Chelsea - with Exhibition & Awards ( New Young Contemporarie ) and
'Granada Foundatio' ) was awarded Fine Arts Teaching Fellowship ( Cheltenham ).
Following creative residency in Cornwall ( funded with Arts Council Grant ) moved into
commercial film Production and Direction starting a career now well into its third decade.
